How long will my delivery take?
Free shipping service delivery times are between 12-21 days. If you wish your Item to arrive faster (3-6 days) please contact-us for the extra cost info.
Can my order be delivered to a Post Office Box address?
Most couriers will not deliver to post office (PO, APO, FPO) box addresses. For smooth and swift delivery, we advise you to not list a post office box shipping address when placing orders. Doing so may delay your shipment.
Will I receive a refund if I refuse the shipment when it is delivered to me?
If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.
Will I have to pay customs taxes on my shipment?
When ordering from MySecret-Closet.com, the customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related charges. What happens if there are banned items in my shipment?

Your order must be returned, at your own expense, within 7 business days (excluding major holidays) of receipt, in unused condition, and with all tags attached. We will not accept returns without an RMA #. We will not accept orders that are returned to sender. Items purchased with a discount code may only be returned for exchange. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt, and will be credited to your credit card
